The central government, which has been continuously protesting the farmers' bill for so long, has now withdrawn the act, a political move. There has been talk in the public sector that the central government has come to a decision not to throw any unnecessary controversy during the election. Three amendment bills: Central Government Farmers 'Product Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020, Farmers' (Empowerment and Protection) Price Assurance and Agricultural Services Act, 2020; And the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020, which was tabled in Parliament last September. But farmers in parts of Punjab, including Haryana, have protested and protested at the Delhi border. The central government was trying to persuade the farmers that the amendment bill would be very useful to ensure minimum support prices for farmers' crops.
