PM Modi has responded to the demand of farmers
BANGALORE: Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai has responded to the urging of the farmers by announcing the decision to withdraw the three agricultural Acts. Speaking to reporters in Bengaluru on Friday, he said there was no question that the government was smitten by the peasant struggle. They tried to persuade the agricultural law on behalf of the farmers. Not so. Thus the decision to revoke the three act has been announced.
It has nothing to do with the election of the five states. He made it clear that the BJP had won many elections in spite of the peasant movement in the by-elections held across the country, including Haryana and Punjab. He said the decision may have been made because there was confidence that it would be withdrawn once again. This process started in our country during the UPA government. In 1991-21, a lot of new legislation had to be brought in as part of globalization and liberalization. The international agreement on the World Trade Organization (WTO) was signed by the then UPA government, which included many reforms to the agriculture and agricultural market. He said that the UPA government had changed the draft in the backdrop of all these states to get the opinion of all the states.Already widespread premature rainfall. Rainfall is also in October and November. He said he would get accurate information for each district today
